Pre-Season Workout Schedule

Pre-Season Workouts start Wednesday, August 22 after school. You MUST have a completed student-athlete packet turned in to participate. Workouts are not mandatory to tryout but they are encouraged.

Workouts will consist of strength training, performance conditioning, and open gym.
